In a video shared on his X page on Thursday, September 7, Simon berated him following his lose at the 2023 Presidential Election Petition Tribunal.

On Wednesday, September 6, the tribunal having held a sitting in Abuja, affirmed President Bola Tinubu the winner of the February 25, presidential election.

The court also struck out all the petitions of the Labour Party challenging Tinubu’s victory.

Reacting to the affirmation by the court, Simon Ekpa called Peter Obi a scam.

According to him, Peter Obi is ‘delusional’ and unreal, adding that he went into the election contesting against a criminal.

He claims, Peter Obi was used to lure some of the Biafrans into campaigning for Nigeria but lost.

Ekpa urged people in the southeast who are disappointed in the court ruling to join Biafra.
