BREAKING: Gbajabiamila works for Tinubu personally; he wasn’t one among the individuals the N/Assembly certified, according to Ajaero

Comrade Joe Ajaero, President of the Nigerian Labour Congress (NLC), who spoke about his involvement in the debate, stated that he views President Bola Tinubu’s Chief of Staff, Hon. Femi Gbajabiamila, as a personal staff member. Ajaero emphasized that any paperwork he signed would only apply to President Tinubu and not the Nigerian federal government as a whole, as Gbajabiamila was left off of the list approved by the National Assembly.....CONTINUE READING

Vanguard claims that Ajaero voiced his displeasure with the Chief of Staff who is in charge of NLC-related affairs. He expressed worries about Gbajabiamila’s suitability for a major role in labor related matters given that he has not gone through the National Assembly’s vetting process. Ajaero claims that Gbajabiamila’s choices and meetings are mostly made to further President Tinubu’s interests at the expense of the federal government as a whole.

“The President’s Chief of Staff, Femi Gbajabiamila, makes the decisions,” he declared. His office is the location of meetings. He works for Bola Ahmed Tinubu personally. He was not one of the individuals exonerated by the National Assembly. Consequently, anything he approves is only for his patron and not the Federal Government of Nigeria.”
