BREAKING: ‘it’s not every Minister that has this luck’ —Wike

The immediate past Governor of Rivers State and the Minister of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), Nyesom Wike, has given credit to President Bola Ahmed Tinubu for his achievements as the Minister of the Nation’s Capital;

as he noted that not every Minister was lucky to have the heart of the President. He added that every request he made to the President, the former Lagos Governor granted.

Nyesom Wike had said,

“So I want all of you to — it’s not every Minister that has this luck; the Honourable Minister of State and my humble self, we can attest to the fact that we are very lucky,

how it happened, we do not know; every request we have made, Mr. President has always given to us, so for us, we don’t have any excuses not to do what we are supposed to do.”

Nyesom Wike, who was addressing the people of the FCT, in a video on TVC’s YouTube channel, said the people only commend him and the Minister of State for FCT on the achievements so far, but fail to acknowledge the fact that the President made it happened. He added that if the President had objected, nothing would have been achieved in the Nation’s Capital.
