Why I can’t buy expensive bag despite having money – Ayra Starr

Beninese-born Nigerian singer and songwriter, Oyinkansola Sarah Aderibigbe, known professionally as Ayra Starr, has talked about her spending habits.

During an interview with Beat FM, the 21-year-old said there are some things she can afford but cannot buy.

She explained that there was a designer bag she wanted but didn’t buy because her mother would have questioned her about why she would spend so much money on a bag.

Mentioning another thing she is able to do but can’t do because of her African mum, the singer revealed that her mum still calls her at 2:00am when she has a show and worries she is still outside at that time.
